Pricing and Payment
Kenai Lake Escape is rented on a 3-night minimum stay with special rates offered to folks staying six days or more.

The Two-Room Suite

Queen Room Add-on
•Room with Queen-size bed
•Accomodates two additional guests
•Private bathroom

Extra Bathroom Add-on
•Available to guests who only need the Two-Bedroom Suite, but wish to have a second bathroom.

It is my goal to keep the pricing very comfortable and to have guests return year after year. Many guests have been coming for 10 years and have become close friends! I love sharing my piece of paradise and feel blessed to be able to.
I also own the Sunrise Inn. There is a cafe, bar, motel, cabin, gas, RV lot, and general store located on the Sterling Highway 1.5 miles away. If Kenai Lake Escape doesn't have what you need please check out the Sunrise Inn.
Payment Methods
All reservations require a credit card to be listed on file to hold your lodging dates, but you will not be charged until your arrival. Full payment is due at time of check-in. We gladly accept cash payments, personal checks, or traveler's checks. Credit Card payments are an option if necessary. A 3% Kenai Peninsula Borough Sales Tax will be added to the total bill amount.
Cancellations
There is a 1-month cancellation policy. We will do our very best to re-book the suite and refund your money 100%. If we are unable to do this you will be charged full price.
Check-In
Check-in is any time after is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. If you will be checking in after 8 pm, please give us a call.
Pets accepted upon pre-approval. No smoking in the building.
